I lost 3 stone in 3 months on the LE diet and not eating breakfast - it's just not true that you can't lose weight if you don't eat breakfast :D

It was a long time ago so I struggle to remember but in general I made sure my 2 main meals didn't exceed 500 cals/20g protein/500mg sodium. Lunch was often a sandwich with ww bread/wrap/pitta and a slice of processed cheese and slices of skinless cucumber as well as a treat like a ww cake or a jam tart. Dinner was sometimes a bagel and jam, a vegetable burger in a wrap with mayo or pasta with a kids tomato pasta sauce - followed by desert again, same as lunchtime or a ww ice-cream sundae. After the kids went to bed I'd grab a handful of sweets/candy to make up my calories without adding any protein/sodium. I chewed sugar free gum and drank diet coke and sugar free (aspartame sweetened) fruit squash/cordial. I also drank two coffees with skimmed milk and a couple of teaspoons of sweetener during the morning.
But Zanacal did have some spare weight to lose (sorry Zana!!) and so could safely drop to 1200 cals or so a day. For those who are super thin to start with, you do not need and should not cut back that far.

I feel so bad though because I feel like ate so many bad things! And I'm so upset because I completely lost track of my cycle since I still have not received AF..I need a good iPhone app to keep track of it but I know I am about 4 days late
