No need to reply just posting some updates so I can keep all my info together.
Tried BSF today and my CM is almost a 9.
Don't really like the feel of the BS, it dried me up a bit.
Will try BS douche next time I think.
Going to start having BS baths.
Also started drinking lemon water today.

I took the 1200 cal/ 250 mag/400 Vit D combo, vitex 2 w on 2 w off, B6 100 mg, a lot of extra folic because DS 3 has spina bifida, plus a prenatal and a DHA supp because I am older than the hills LOL. ph 5 isn't great but a lot of people have had success getting their pH to go up just with diet. No worries, it's gonna go up.
220 mg zinc is way too much, that's for people who have colds to take only for a few days and then stop. He can take 50 at most and it may be better for him to take more like 25-30. If you want to take some zinc you should take even less, like 15-25.
Sorry if I put too much pressure on the no smoking - as long as he goes on some sperm-friendly supps like l-arg and l-carnitine, that will undo some of that damage anyway.
He is on L-arg he isn't a heavy smoker, less then 10 day so I hope it helps.Quote:

2 hours later - 3 pieces of 9 seed bread with vegemite
1.5hrs later - banana
