Mommyof3.. Hopefully baby will turn for you soon! I'm sure he will. ;) I think my bub is transverse at the moment too, but I'm only 22.5 weeks so he's got plenty of time. :)

I too have been in a lot of discomfort...especially in my hips and lower back. I feel like an old lady most times. On top of that I was told the baby was head down at my last appointment which is putting pressure on my Hoo-Ha. BH contractions have been killer! I am getting loads of them. Kind of worries me a little as I hope it doesn't mean she is coming this soon. I need her to hang in there until the end of may at least!
I have wondered about sweetpea too. I hope she is doing well and babes are still hanging in there.
As for pain, I have been having the back ache etc. too but I am more concerned about the inside pains LOL it literally feels like Hudson's is trying his darndest to get his head out, it hurts!! Ryder was not like this AT ALL!
Ah Praying - sorry to hear about your BH, I've never had those before, hope they slow down for you and that our babies stay in hehe
Oh jennasue, sorry you are feeling so overwhelmed! I am with you, I love being pregnant, and even though I'm only 24 weeks along I still feel like it's flying by too quickly. I hope you feel better soon and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!
Hoping, I love the name Arlington! I've never heard of it before but it sounds so distinguished. The nursery looks like it will be super cute too!
Praying, I had to take iron supps for the last few months of my last pregnancy, I know it can be a pain...if I need to take them again this time I'll be sure to try one mentioned here.
Hope everyone is feeling great!
Sorry ladies, but I just need a rant, I'm bawling my eyes out as I type this. I'm done. I'm so spent and I feel like I just can't do this anymore. I want a time machine so I can just get to 40 weeks and be done with this. Some of you might remember that I got a wicked bad sinus infection and bronchitis a few weeks ago, now I've got the stomach flu. I can't even keep down gingerale. I'm weak, I'm dizzy, I'm in pain and I want my immune system back. Pregnancy is not agreeing with me and I'm feeling so very sorry for myself. Big, fat pity party happening at my house today. I just hate being alone when I'm sick. I want my DH to skip work to take care of me, but he won't. Plus, my mom can't come over :( Someone please call me a waaaaaaaaambulance.
I am the same away. The baby is due around the time all the fall sports start for my older boys. I am feeling overwhelmed now with all the sports right now my husband is on a good schedule so he can help, but that can change at a moments notice he works for the railroad. I am trying to find a car for my older son that is reliable, but cheap. Right now we have 7 days of sports whether it is track, lacrosse, or soccer. I can relate. HUGS
Hi Ladies,
I was beginning to think there might have been a third pregnancy curse....this has been by FAR the worst of the 3. First the MS/ indigestion for the first 18 weeks followed swiftly by sciatica/ lower back pain. I am 28 weeks and feel like 39 weeks will never come. But I see some of you ladies on your second and fourth pregnancy are also struggling with discomfort. I am trying to keep up my weekly pilates class but today I felt like an old lady trying to even do the basic movements! I have never particularly enjoyed pregnancy but am hating this one. I really think there is no way I could go a forth plus the risk of another boy is too high. I am dealing a bit better with the GD but the comments from other people are annoying me to no end. I either get laughed at and comments such as "good luck with that" or a pity face or even better "so boys are all you guys can do then!" followed by another giggle. I thought it better to tell those who asked now rather than when he is here but I find it absolutely irritating and am really trying my hardest not to lash back with some rude comment!!!
Hoping- your nursery looks fab...what a gifted dh you have. Also love arlo..very cute name. We are not decided on ours yet. You seems to be handling the GD great. I am only coming around now....took two long months. Still struggle with thinking I am mom to only boys.
Jennasue- I hear you....really not a big fan of newborn stage and now my two year old has decided to show his true colors and turn into a tantrum throwing terror!!!! Plus my four year old is not completely out of that yet either and then I think - add a screaming newborn to the equation and I might just go over the edge. Plus the thoughts of around the clock breast feeding and no sleep and then dealing with 3 boys under the age of 4.5.....well I feel grossly overwhelmed most days!
Jadis- you poor thing. Being sick on top of all the other pregnancy complaints is just horrid....hope you feel better soon.
CVD- at least your d- day is not too far away....very jealous that you will have it all behind you 6 weeks before me!! just try and get through the next few weeks and i am sure hudson will be a good boy and stay put until c- section date!
this little one was transverse to at my 29 week check and i'm pretty sure she still is at 30 weeks from where i can feel movement - my second moved head down at 36 weeks so they can move until really quite late.
i pm'd sweetpea but she's not answered so hopefully they managed to stop her labor and she's just pre-occupied, usually people tend to post when they need help so hopefully no news is good
jadis sorry your feeling so rough, to say i had no m/s and was really well in the early days this little miss is making me suffer now, i'm picking up everything going and still not shaken the sinus thing i had going a few weeks back, its now spread to my eye and i'm getting really bad pressure and double vision at times - maybe its a girl thing (my health was brill with the boys!), at least with it being a stomach bug it will be over in 24 hours or so but do keep an eye out for dehydration as that could cause early labor symptoms x
Sorry to hear that some peeps are having a rough time. I'm jolly lucky that my first two pregnancies and this one (so far) have been fine other than tiredness sometimes. Hope you all feel better soon and breeze through the third trimester. I've had a stressful weekend as DS1 has had really high temperature and sore neck, shakes, dizziness, double vision etc. All a bit scary as some of the symptoms of meningitis and septicimia. We've had him sleeping on his ReadyBed next to our bed to keep an eye. Today finally (after nearly a week) he's chatting more and his temperature is normal. He still looks like he's been drinking when he tries to walk but he's getting there. It's his and DH's Birthday this Sunday so I hope he's better!
