Yeah, I'm going to cut out caffeine to reduce the likelihood of withdrawal headaches during the first trimester that I experienced with my boys. Plus, I'm really weary (as we often tend to think we need to do the opposite of what we did to conceive our boys) because I was drinking diet energy drinks and diet Pepsi like crazy when I conceived both of them. My husband is going to continue the diet drinks through conception, though.
Oh, and anyone that might know, I have another question: I have found that even when I'm on antihistamines (I have NOT tried sudafed yet), I still have an abundance of CM throughout the month, is there another way to reduce my CM? Should I use a vinegar douche before we BD? I know that the whole pH idea is out the window, but I need something to get rid of all that fluid before we BD.
