Snacks: Lara bars, nuts and dried fruit, bananas, apples, gelatin, fruit juice, or boiled eggs.
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ PB, eggs with WW toast, banana & boiled eggs, or WW pancakes
Lunch: Turkey hotdogs (no nitrates), chicken salad sandwich on WW bread, pasta w/ tomatoes and peppers, or left overs from dinner.
Dinner: Spagetti w/ tomato pasta sauce, meat loaf, tacos, chicken fried steak,......pretty much meat and a large variety of veggies including potatoes.
All of the whole wheat bread and pancakes we have are homemade with wheat I grind in my grain mill. It don't get any more "whole" than what I make.
I thought doing the weights would be enough to keep weight gain at bay, but I guess not. So......
Does anyone think doing weights on a mini trampoline is a good/bad idea? Too much impact for the 2WW?
Sorry you are going threw the same thing Flava, but I am glad I am not alone.
