I am 5'6" and normally weigh about 115 pounds. I come from a very thin/ high metabolism family. I have NEVER had trouble with weight and even postpartum the weigh does not stick around for long.
I started the boy diet several months ago and now weigh 125 pounds and my measurements (hips, waist, thighs) are the same as 3 months postpartum with DD4. I do some weight training....35 sit-ups and 65 squats daily, and leg exercises and jump-n-jacks every other day.
So, my question is....what can I do differently to lose or stop gaining weight, without jeopardizing my boy sway? Small amounts of Cardio? Limit bread? I have no idea, but I have to do something.
I do think I weighed closer to the 15pds mark when conceiving my boys and a little less with girls (DD4 I was 112).

WP I think your thoughts on cutting back on the breads would help! I think the best carbs for TTC boy are going to come from fruits and vegetables. What is a typical day for you right now? What are you eating for B/L/D and snacks?
I do think small amounts of cardio would be good; can you find time for a walk? Or if you can do intervals (run as fast as you can for 2 mins, walk 1, repeat) that will help build muscle as well as burn some cals.

Not me because at 125 I look fat!!!( and Im not kidding) Normally Im around 105 lbs and that's when I look ok. Now Im the same like you and have a fat butt big tummy , really just a bunch of fat on me .I look like this only when Im pregnant
at least 4-5 months!
Don't know what to do! I usually eat bread or bagel for breakfast , lunch and if not then I have no clue what to eat?? Can't just have cereal all the time.
Fruit and veggie I already eat every day and getting tired of salad plus is so expensive! I don't know what to do! Now I really hope I get a bfp first try but of course how can I be so lucky?
My DH says to buy new clothes because even my big cloths are small now! I have 1 jeans right now and like 3 shirts that's it!

I would love to hear Atomic's answer to this one.....my only thought are to do as Begonia suggested and eat protein and fruit with minimal bread carbs. I am just going to have to eat less overall, but I hate the thought of doing that right now, even though I really need to.

When I was on the Slimming World plan the 'free' foods you could eat in unlimited quantities were fruit/veg/beans/meat/fish/potatoes/pasta (plus others but those were the main ones). The 'Healthy Extras' were limited so you had one portion of either milk or cheese each day (a portion of most cheeses being approx 40g) and one portion of either wholemeal bread (2 small slices) or fibre rich cereal (around 30g) (again - there were others), as well as limited 'treats'. I think it's those 'Healthy Extras' you could use to limit/stop weight gain (once at their target weight these are the foods people would increase, so kind of the opposite).
Are you eating alot of bread and cereal?2005

Unlimited means 'as much as you need to satisfy your appetite' and I would always try to have fruit as a snack before I'd reach for any of those things between meals, but I guess if you crammed in as much as you possibly could all day long it wouldn't help to lose weight!!

You're right when you say we're all different! Eating alot probably doesn't come naturally to you (sorry if I'm wrong, just guessing!) whereas I can eat until the cows come home
