I wouldn't bother with it because it's not getting great results anyway and it's going to be too hard to know where you are in cycle.
If you really want to just do 14 days on, 14 days off. He doesn't ahve to be on it at time of attempt, it has a cumulative effect

Without a side by side study we cannot know. All the studies done so far, except one, have been no good because they are not studying cal-mag supplements alone, and the one study that was valid actully showed higher cal-mag intake in moms that went on to conceive boys. I think it is something everyone needs to decide for themselves. I got 4 boys with tons of dairy and 2 of them I was taking cal-mag supps so I droped it and got my girl without dairy or cal-mag supps, but you need to do waht you feel comfy with.

Feelings don't predict gender and I wouldn't torture yourself with what ifs because we'l never know.
You can still have 3 meals or even 4 if you have to, you just push breakfast back. I always had 3, 11am or so, 4-5 pm, then again before bed. Got a girl with that. Both 2 and 3 meals are equally allowed, do what works for you. If you can't stick with 3, then up to 4, it's still really different than snacking all day every day
I cannot read the nutrient data well enough. The one thing that is sticking out to me in what I can see is that you can and should have fat - it looks like to me you are having all fat free products and you need 30 g minimum and can go all the way up to 60, so right there is a way to get a lot of cals without really changing much of anything.

Anyway iv drop cal and mag and peppermint tea
Im on folic acid 1500
Cranberry 7500mg (half what i was taking)
Vitamin c 500mg a day

Hubby is on LR still only because he is basically a weight lifter when it comes to his job day in day out also gets alot of cardio in, so i guess i can only hope it decreases testostrone A tiny bit, it keeps my thoughts calm.

Is it ok that i drink two coffees before i eat breakfast/lunch in the afternoon or does that defeat the purpose of fasting in the morning?
Hubby wont and cant cut calories he becomes drained with anything less with his usuall Bajillion calories a day thanks to his energy output hahaha

That looks great! The coffee is fine as long as it's very low in cals, I.e. not with cream and/or sugar, calorie free sweeteners and/or a little bit of lowcal creamer is fine. Black is ideal if you can tolerate it,

220 of those calories were from three coffees threwout the day 😩
I still like most of you guys to be at 1500-1800 even if you're overweight. There is only a tiny minority of people who should be at 1200 and that is only AFTER trying 1500-1800 first.
Coffee in the morning is fine and practically all of us do.
Hubby doens't need to cut calories. He doesnt have to do diet with you. If he wanted to go vegetarian or even just cut back, great, but he does not need to do anything beyond that.
Something is mathematically awry here. The online calculators are not always right or accurate.
When I plug the numbers in, this is what I get.
351 cals of fat (39x9)
212 cals from protein (53x4)
676 cals from carbs (169x4)
Total of 1239 cals and that does not count if the sugars are separate from the carbs, I wasn't sure on that because some sites count them differently and others sugars are considered carbs. I suspect they are separate and that would add an additional 272 cals from sugar for grand total of 1511 calories.
IF the cals are correct (which again I think something is screwy here) then you'd need to eat more carbs, fat, and sugar to increas cals. Please check out this thread as it has lots of ideas on how to get calories without protein. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/le-d...disasters.html
Don't worry about the sodium, that isn't working and most of us totally gave up on it cause it makes it way easier to stick to diet.

Just to clarify, I think MFP had your cal count LOWER than what you actually ate. I am not saying you NEED to eat more, but just that is what you'd have to eat more of if it IS correct (which I do not think it is.) It looks to me like you got at least 1200 and probably more like 1500.

Abstaining is ok with my partners age isnt it hes 26? No medical issues and of a Fit build. Only asking because he is going away for 6 days for work traibing and will be back smack bang when im expected to ovulate (not relying on these prediction dates i never do but just covering my basis incase) just wanted to DTD straight off the mark instead of having him release then waiting a few hours and then dtd haha
I think mfp is really out iv nearly reached all my goals for the day with 800 calories to go think il switch trackers!
Are you doing vegetarian? I had an early miscarriage end of October and since thanksgiving I went veggie, much more easier for me not to go over protein.
I am going vegetarian fully as of tomorrow. Tonight im cheating with wine and some chcolate will most probably be 1800 calories by the end of today ill get the hang of it im sure
I just always have a hard time learning diet stuff its never been my speciality i dont get alot of time to sit down and focus so i sometimes miss important things.

Iv nearly hit my fat and protein goal for today already so tonight il be eating chocolate to get my calories in hahahaha �� and i should still be within my limits �� i actually like this lifestyle very much �� i eat at 11 oclock 2-3 oclock then 6-7 oclock. And then nothing till lunch the next day :)

Can this cycle just end already its such a mess! I had TONs and Tons of egg white cervical mucous today and when i check my cm there were a few bright red blood streaks in it

Done an opk to rule out ovulation i didnt even get a second line thatsnhow negative it was
Positive pregnancy test VERYYYYY faint so most probably lingering hcg i didnt test my hcg out with pregnancy tests so im not getting excited ofcourse. Il wait till af come now :)
Hard to say without seeing your full chart and past charts, but I think you might still be gearing up to O despite the negative OPK. I'd keep testing at least once daily.
Yerp ff took my cross hairs this morning but i have lots of sm some cream some eggwhite today yesterday was full egg white i think im gearing up now very crampy today!

hi ladies :) not much happening for me :( im onto my third try after this af finishes still not pregnant and my lp is really short iv started spotting at 8dpo and spot right threw to my period which starts at 10dpo :/ going threw my last charts on FF my lp has been 10dpo fair few times really frustrating me
this cycle i didnt ovulate untill cd 22 and af showed on time :( so super early! so over it ������ is there anything i can take to lengthen my lp
someone has suggested maca root whats your opinion or dosage recommendations
