Thank you maidentomother, we are in total shock but these things happen i guess. We definitely plan to try and catch the next egg we will do an abstinence with 1 attempt the morning after positive opk, my hubby is 26 is there any length he should abstain for or the longer the better? Is there any "too long" so to speak for his age?
Iv ordered more opks to start testing as soon as the bleeding stops

You can do night of positive if it's easier for you. Kids make it hard to have morning attempts.

I prefer no more than 7-10 days, up to 14 max

My biggest question is the olive leaf extract, When should hubby start taking olive leaf extract and how long before for attempt? Does he need a break from it or can he take 1 aday for an extended period of time,

OLE - right away. 500-1000 mg daily but no more than that for extended periods. At BFP he should wean off.

Should dh start liquorice root now or wait a week then start considering i dont see myself ovulating in the next 14 days i may still be bleeding xx

I wouldn't bother with it because it's not getting great results anyway and it's going to be too hard to know where you are in cycle.

If you really want to just do 14 days on, 14 days off. He doesn't ahve to be on it at time of attempt, it has a cumulative effect

Im thinking about adding vitex to my sway. Can i take vitex and sal palmetto together or is it one or the other?
Also will taking any of these prolong my miscarriage or should i start once bleeding stops?

DO NOT use any herbs INCLUDING peppermint tea, they really, really delay the length of time before cycle returns

Is there any reason why the first egg after a miscarriage sways pink? Is it because of the high level of hormones already in the body?

We don't know but we get good results with it.
