Because im a prefectionist, and i thought i was doing everything Perfectly according to MY sway plan...
just overly thinking.
but i BD'd 3 times more after that within the next day and half...
so maybe ill be ok!

We have gotten vastly higher rates of pink success with one attempt, than with virtually any other sway tactic. So it is a really really bad idea to keep the less effective things (such as jelly, antihistamine, frequency, herbs) and then add attempts to try and get pregnant. You trade things that aren't working much better than 50-50 and are really lowering odds of conception, for something that is getting good results (one attempt has been above 70% for years for us). Don't worry about it for this month, but next month I'd try keeping one attempt and dropping some other stuff instead.
