Had a really fun "workout" today!
I found an old 90s/00s mix cd and went on the little fitness trampoline (as opposed to the kids huge one in the garden hahahaha!)
Time flew by as I bounced/danced away to steps and bewitched etc!! Looked ridiculous but it was good fun! :)

Hi all after falling off the wagon all week I'm back, yay just bit the bullet pushed my self and I'm almost at an hour on my bike!
Well done everyone keep going.xxxxxx
Well done everyone,.I did an hour at home on the exercise bike whilst catching up on some recorded TV, actually felt like a bit of a treat then :-) At least if the exercise is done, it may make up for a diet cheat on occasion. I ended up having quater of a cheese pizza and a handful of chips for my tea!!

Did my hour on tm again today, one more day then a day off. Can't wait for it to warm up it gets quite difficult when you have 10 layers on!
Ooh pizza and chips chocolate hope you enjoyed it.
Jennypenny sounds like good fun wish you were my neighbour so I could have a good laugh looking through your window! :cheer:
3sacharm are you taking fibre because it might be that that's making you feel sick, hope you feel better soon.
Well done everyone xxx
Haha frilly lady!
I will need to start up a YouTube channel for my eccentric workouts. May need to do a different decade of music theme each day!

Well I managed my 60 minutes of the bike but had a horrible day on the diet  I had a big muffin from the coffee shop, plus taters and chicken for lunch and then a Subway steak sandwich plus a bag of chips for dinner. Yikes! I didn't really snack otherwise and surprisingly am still under on fat and protein but still, way over on calories. Ugh I'm having a harder time than I thought I would trying to stay away from red meat.
Love the sounds of your workouts jenny! I don't know if I could keep up for a full hour though, lol. I might try something like that for 30 minutes and then just do 30 minutes on the bike. My bum is getting sore biking for 60 minutes each night!
Hi ladies, you are all doing so well, lol jennypenny you always make me laugh in your posts in this thread . I listened to an old 90's dance remix today and yesterday and it really got me going ended up doing 70mins TM , I'm tired now finished housework now I'm gonna place my butt on the couch and relax ...
We are going away end of March and my first attempt will be April I'm Alittle concerned as I can't exercise for a week , probably going to stop doing exercise at that point and move to being a couch potato!!! I suppose what really matters is that I considerate on weight loss, does anyone know if we should be doing exercise in the 2ww?
Yeah, you continue through 2ww. Think the 2ww is important to stay focused on diet also as this is the crucial implantation time and if you want a pinky to attach, it's good to keep focussed on your bodies maternal condition.
I have noticed that in a lot of successful sways( I enjoy studying them and bookmark them on my kindle!! Obsessed much??!) lots of successful swaying people mention weight loss in the 2ww. I am going to try to really stick to exercise and diet hard, to keep blood sugar low in 2ww.
I try to always remember though, that I have read absolutely 'perfect' sways, and have seen them fail too though.(really hate using that word in terms of a baby!)
For me, it's all about having no regrets, whatever the outcome. Would hate to look back and say, I wish I had done this or that!!

Wow girls, everyone is doing so well!
I've had a good week, after my rocky start! Ran 7 miles on the TM, two nights on the run. My toes were so sore last night, I had to have the night off... and wine!! Bit rough this morning but hoping to do something later on.
Jennypenny, I think you may be onto something with the mini trampoline. A v.v small case study but a friend of mine is PG with a girl after two boys and I know that she was bouncing on one of those and running on a treadmill before conceiving! Gutted as I told DH to take mine to the tip just after Christmas!! There are loads of workouts you can follow on Youtube for the mini trampoline. Ridiculous but I might have to re-buy one!!!
Great idea, will c if there are any YouTube videos to try for mini trampoline. Only so long to can party alone to 90s music for X

I love reading sways!! Get so excited when somebody posts a new one, I'm just really nosy haha!!
I would say most people are including coffee in sways from the last few years, don't think there is an apparent reason for this but is something that has been in majority of successful sways.
I am a coffee drinker anyway, so it is something I will include. My husband however did not drink coffee until recently, so it will be something different for him when ttc. No doubt just getting all his blue swimmers buzzing with caffeine lol! His one or two girl swimmers will have Will have to fight hard! Haha x
I have a question regarding sways too Jenny! I read them and then get discouraged when I see ones that didn't result in a girl. Maybe I should read boy sways that resulted in girl, haha. Anyway, thoughts on OLE for DH? Anyone else having hubby take it?
Yeah my husband is taking ole too :)
Although at the moment he is really run down and getting stomach cramps, going to try a few days of him not taking it to make sure it's not this that has been doing it!! He is taking painkillers at the moment also as he had shoulder surgery a few weeks ago. Hope it's not the ole causing it though, as I would like him to take it.
I am also getting him to take licorice root for first 2 weeks of cycle, think the results at the moment are not showing anything amazing for it and less and less people are including it. But, at the moment we will try it (if not successful first month this will probably be dropped)
Anyway, there are also lots of successful sways where husband has not done or taken anything at all!! X
I don't drink tea or coffee but alot of the girl mums I know have a couple of coffees a day, maybe that in turn makes them eat less/less often so I'm going to add in a coffee twice a day with sweetener as I don't like the bitter taste, but I do like the smell. I think I read about Pcos people avoiding caffeine as it can raise sugar levels but I'm going to swap to caffeine free diet coke.

Hi ladies, glad your all still here.
I just done my cardio for 3 days in a row so far, but boy does my tushi hurt, I have lost some weight off of my bottom over the last year now I feel like I'm sitting on my coccyx/tail bone and nothing else! ouch :tissue:
I recently added coffee to my sway as I never drunk it with my boys, now I'm also finding more and more successful sways including coffee atomic also says :C: sways girly
But your ment to have it black if drinking it 1st thing in the morning, if adding cream or milk have it at mealtimes, I cannot drink it black :nails: yuck
I didn't drink coffee much either with my two boys. I am known as a 'tea belly' in my family and have always drank tons. I've given it up more or less completely so hoping that will sway for me. I'm drinking it black as much as a can and put a canderel sweetener in it. Its not too bad a bit sweeter! I use skimmed milk in it when I have a coffee with my meals, although wondering if I need to get some creamer now? Is creamer powdered milk like coffee mate?
Coffee with milk or cream is fine!
Hi ladies, can i join you?
I haven't started the diet yet but have started to make changes to my lifestyle in preparation, I'm not eating breakfast and have introduced black coffee (which i have now started to enjoy). I have just joined the gym and am currently going 3x a week, this i am going to increase shortly. Am working on doing cardio for 60mins at the moment as i find it hard physically and mentally but know once i get into a routine and see the weight coming off my motivation will improve
Hi 2lovelyboys, yes join us everyone is welcome here.
That's what we're all here for, some motivation. I struggle on the 1st half hour but after that it goes quite quick.
I found sitting on my bike and reading through one of atomics essays the hour flys by :highfive:
Hi 2lovelyboys, it's great to have some other ladies to chat too :-) Maybe we should start a March group to chat in about everything? The hour was a challenge for me too, but I tend to save the bike for the last half an hour which means I also get to browse online, order the food shopping online etc. Which helps as kills 2 birds with 1 stone :-) Or if I'm at home I get out the exercise bike and treat myself to some recorded TV so it doesn't feel too bad. I've had 2 days off the exercise and haven't done the diet so need to get back on it tomorrow. All my yucky rice and veg. Is being delivered tomorrow for my diet so I will then have no excuse :-( I don't know how girl mums seem to eat such bland boring food, I must be super sensitive to craving fatty or sugary food! Hope everyone had a good weekend

Hi 2lovelyboys! great you have joined us! You're right, the weight coming off is great motivation. I've also found my stress levels depleting massively-I think I'm just too shattered to rise to anything anymore. It's been very free-ing!!
The black coffee is a bit of a grower isn't it? I'm just so grateful to be having something that I actually like it now too!
When are you planning your first attempt?
I have stopped joining ttc month groups as I dont o very often so never know when my attempt will be just ttc all the time now bd e4d, clomid didn't make me o either. So just mostly focusing on being the healthiest I can be, exercise losing a bit of weight, fibre fruit and veggies in my diet etc!
That's a good point, and I'm not actually ttc until end of April either!

How's everyone got on today? I managed 6 miles on the TM this morning. People have started commenting on my weight loss now which is giving me a boost! I feel its the fibre supplements that are helping me a lot. Have dieted and exercised before without fibre but this time the weight loss is much quicker.
What's everyone having for tea? Looking for inspiration. So far I have wine on the menu!!
Not been good at all today!!
Husband is off sick at the moment with a variety of ailments( terrible patient!) so I have been running around after him and ds2 all day.
Ended up eating a bag of crisps ds2 opened then discarded, then at a small pack of haribo and 3 chocolate coins ds1 had left in a party bag from the weekend! Then I had some crackers while I was in the kitchen making the boys dinner!!! I was an eating machine and couldn't stop myself!!! Soooo much snacking! Grrr
Just had small leftover dinner from last night for dinner so that was pretty healthy.
Exercise bike tonight so I can do some emails and watch tv at the same time.

Oh no,sick husband would make me snack too lol. I had a ryvita cracker earlier with houmous and it felt like I was eating cardboard, would have gone much better with cheese and cucumber and pickle :-( I haven't done my exercise today either :-( Will start again tomorrow

Exercise didn't go as well as i hoped 2day, my 2 youngest weren't playing ball grrrrr think i will be using the gym for my exercise as someone always wants me for something wen at home.
I think weight loss and nicer weather motivate me, would like to lose some (ok a lot) b4 the summer :)
I think i will have an attempt in May, then not sure after that. My DS3 was a "failed" sway altho i would never be without him. Wen i swayed last time i remember the ideal months for me to ttc were Mar-May, i think any sooner i won't have been on the diet long enough. Might attempt in June and following months if BFN in May but all depends on exercise, weight loss and diet. just gonna play it by ear i think and try not to obsess.
GlitterMouse, 6 miles on the TM? Thats impressive, something for me to work towards.
Did 1hr on treadmill tonight then cooked a roast but only had veg and 1 Yorkshire pudding. Had an easteregg over the weekend though!
Know what you mean about the cardboard taste chocolate, ooh I love cheese and pickle too.
Hey Glitter mouse you go girl!!!
Yous are all an inspiration... I did 6km on TM pushed myself hard as I'm having next 2days off probably, had to workout with dh home , I'm sure he'll just crack up at me lol.
Anyway mmm food mouse I'm hungry after reading ur post.
Tonight I'm having my fake risotto with mushrooms.
Its just plain rice mixed in with a very little pesto, and parmesan cheese, pepper and I fry off mushrooms in Alittle butter.
Hahahaha, I know!
At the back of my mind I'm thinking if I get a bfp this month, it would be able to eat Easter eggs!!!
I would literally go and buy a crate of cream eggs and a bucket mini eggs and lock myself in a room! Drooool X
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Your fake risotto sounds rather yum! Adding that one to my list!
Well done yourself with the exercise. How long have you been doing exercise and diet now? I started beginning of January and have tried to do an hour 5-7 times a week since then. Have you already started to TTC?
yummm chocolate, i had 4gotten about easter, that is going to really test my will power or lack of!
if i do my 60mins 6x a week then did an additional 20/30mins of cardio a few times a week (i have a friend wanting to walk and wants company) would that b ok? worried about swaying opposite x
Easter eggs are the best form of chocolate, may have to buy 1 and stash away for hopefully when I'm pregnant ;-) I'm just doing my 60 mins at the gym, 27 mins to go ;-)
Not sure about if it has to be a minimum of 60 mins all the time or just as long as you do one set of 60 mins a day and then the other ones are still OK.
I'm finding a coffee first thing is helping me not feel hungry and helping me do my work out, I've got about 8 weeks until the start of my cycle that I ttc, can't wait to be at that point! Going to be extra good those 2 weeks before and after
