Yesterday and today i have strange feeling, little cramping, maybe it is just my immagination:)
Emshe I think you already changed the plan by doing opks which has put you in this position [emoji12] so zero harm in changing again if that's what you wish. Last cycle you oed 2nd day after pos opk and there's no way to know if that will happen again or not so if you stick with just the bd tonight it will cover you for the next 48 hours anyway. If you want to stick to the e4d plus 1 then yes bd again tomorrow. If you o tomorrow there's little chance of a PM bd contributing but if you o 2nd day after it will. I've read several times the odds of an extra attempt after ttc for awhile don't do too much damage to a pink sway. Some people just simply dont seem to be able to conceive from one attempt. If you're torn then flip a coin (cant tell you how many times I used this to make a decision that 9 times out of 10 I didn't stick to anyway [emoji23])
What you need not to do is tie yourself in knots over this decision as that will mess things up I believe. Make a choice and stick with it, be confident in your decision because it WILL be what is best for you [emoji173] If the thought of bding again tomorrow gives you pause then dont it. Listen to your gut instinct because you will never be happy if you go against it. Accept your choice then dwell on it no more. As soon as your mind starts wandering into the decision once made think of the most annoying song and sing it in your head. Start reciting the national anthem, anything to move your mind on. You just gotta get through the next couple days and all this will be over with. Hang in there and let us know what you decide [emoji173]

Anyway I'm losing the run of myself here. Any advice is much appreciated. Trying not to get worked up which I know is the beauty of e4d but can't help but try to figure out when I "should" be Oing! Is it any wonder I'm a mom of boys with this awful OCD lol!!

Pbn: we added in an attempt yesterday just in case but I felt like body already ovulated. Hope i am right this time hahaha.
This morning, i woke up once at 5 to use restroom, took temp and it was 97. Back to sleep and take temp again at my regular time and it shows 97.45....FF showed same crosshair with either temp, but I dont think today temp is reliable enough to tell if I have o'ed or not. Fx for good temp tomorrow. Ughhh this is so frustrating.

Hi hopper and welcome back! It's strange to see former 2ww'ers back ttc, feels like just yesterday we were all starting together [emoji3] So I would probably try the 96 hour version for a couple cycles as it leans slightly more pink then move onto the 72 hour version. It has better conception odds while still being (slightly less) pink [emoji4]

It's so hard isn't it! I'm sorry if it sounded like I was having a go at you for changing the plan, that wasn't my intention, I totally understood as I was THE worst for last minute opks as in I'd get myself to cd12 but be soooo worked up about signs or lack of that I'd cave and go buy some. It becomes addictive that having to know where your lh is at... I also think the clomid will sway stronger than multiple attempts. By attempting again tonight you've stuck to your plan (go you!) and no matter if you o today or tomorrow you'll only have two viable attempts anyway (not three) [emoji173]Quote:

In extreme circumstances maybe... it's more like up to 72 hours and I think it starts dying off pretty quickly between 48-72. Especially when swaying pink as the environment is more hostile from swaying so it's not providing a home of happy for the swimmers so to speak.Quote:
