Hi everyone! I was a regular contributor here back in 2015 while swaying pink (we got our absolutely fabulous DS3 who is THE light of my life!) And I'm back again in the middle of our attempts. I've taken a back seat as I find I get very caught up in the whole ttc business so I'm going "laidback"style on it this time lol!
I'm just hoping for some advice! I am not doing opks (first time ever!) And we are going e4d with our first attempt on Sunday which was CD8. I took Clomid 50mg days 3-7, that's a first too. I'm also on a double dose of penicillin for a bad bout of tonsillitis (and almost 3 weeks into Eltroxin 25mg for a recently diagnosed under active thyroid) so my dilemma is: which version of e4d should we go for? 96 or 72 hours? If it's 72 we have an attempt today (Wed) and Sat. If 96 we do tomorrow and Mon. I have NO clue about O and don't want to do OPKs. CM is clear and wet. Cramping and back ache like usual symptoms when O is approaching. I usually don't O til CD17-19 ish. Today is CD11. I conceived my 3 boys by having an attempt at +opk.
Anyway I'm losing the run of myself here. Any advice is much appreciated. Trying not to get worked up which I know is the beauty of e4d but can't help but try to figure out when I "should" be Oing! Is it any wonder I'm a mom of boys with this awful OCD lol!!

Jgojah: so happy for you that dh is willing to at least continue without protection. He knows how much you want this. I am praying it will happen to you real soon.

Pbn: we added in an attempt yesterday just in case but I felt like body already ovulated. Hope i am right this time hahaha.

This morning, i woke up once at 5 to use restroom, took temp and it was 97. Back to sleep and take temp again at my regular time and it shows 97.45....FF showed same crosshair with either temp, but I dont think today temp is reliable enough to tell if I have o'ed or not. Fx for good temp tomorrow. Ughhh this is so frustrating.

I'm prepared for AF now. I had an unusually delayed O and long cycle, so I'm clueless about how many days away AF is! Usual LP is 14-17 days!

I'm just doing one attempt at + opk and that's it! I don't have any control over what donor does so who knows if he's gonna fr or what lol

For those ttc girl and not doing e4d, what are you doing? I'm gonna do one attempt at + opk. But I'm not sure how the other BD should be done. Obviously itll be protected, but not sure bout the FR and abstain.

Temp was high for two days and dropped a bit today. Don't know if that means AF is coming. I'm 11 dpo and got BFN.
