Back in 2015 I got down to a bmi of 21 from approx 23 so it's definately doable and I sat just before the middle range of what's healthly. So at my lowest weight I was 62kg bmi 21 and the healthy weight range for my height was 54.5kg - 74kg. I preferred to be around the 64-66kg though and geez I wish I was there now [emoji23] Not sure if that's any help?
