Take it before you get out of bed in the morning or do any big movement. If you have the heater on every morning it won't influence your temps. When we put our down comforter on for the winter a couple of weeks ago I noticed my temps went up around half a degree and have stayed up. I have always taken mine orally before I get out of bed in the morning. Alarm goes off, I reach over and get it, take temp. Put it back on nightstand. Then I get up, go potty (use monitor at that point), etc. When I come back to make the bed I check the thermometer... it stores the temp for me :)

5, so your trying this month for sure? Not sure about the fish oil. I haven't bled any longer than usual.
I'm CD10 today. I had an ultrasound today which showed a dominant follicle (was secretly hoping for two dominants!). My lining is also good. So I should O in the next few days hopefully. DH released 3 days ago so we will DTD tonight and then maybe tomorrow night or the night after depending on my OPKs.
Maybe it's just me then bloody body!! Literally lol
Yes we are trying, dh has been taking what I give him so I am going with that is a yes...
