I weight trained everyday and ate only chicken and Greek yogurt for proteins. Low calories, low sodium, low carbs. Pretty much low in everything. I was training for women's physique competition so I was lifting daily but I would do double the cardio. So if I lifted for an hour, I ran for 2 hours. Etc. and I got a girl! So honestly I think you are totally fine weight training as long as you're calories are low and you stay eating more acidic low calories meals! Stick to white meats! I cut out ALL red meat. Oh I was also doing protein powder in yogurt/strawberry smoothies. :) wasn't trying to sway girl, but unknowingly did! Keep lifting! Keep those calories low and up your cardio!
