I bought folate a while ago (not cheap) so I've been doing folic acid up till now cuz I only have enough folate to last 10 days.. Will the folate give me a a leg up than folic acid?? That was kind of my intentions with waiting to take them between AF and O.. for that finally boost of folate instead of folic acid!

Nann, it's entirely up to you if you want to use it. I do know many who have and didn't die or anything. I don't personally get why you'd use something that doesn't even work as a replacement for having no EWCM (I got a boy with no EWCM so it is possible), but that is up to you. The thing is, for every person who reads this thread and posts, there are 100 others who don't and this may be the only thread they read and then they decide based on your post that egg whites are a good idea when they are a terrible idea and never hear the other side. I'm not trying to b--you out, I'm really not. I have to think about the others who are reading this thread who may never ask me a single question.

If you are capable of multiple orgasms I would just have one, before hubby makes the deposit. You release more alkaline fluids with orgasm and they are a fine replacement for actual eWCM.

Nothing. Nothing is as cheap as it gets and a heck of a lot safer than egg whites.
