Potential Roadblocks on swaying pink, need advice
Hi all,
Well hubby and I will be TTC a girl in Dec. I'm doing the ions, (fan at work, ionizer at home computer, rose quartz, etc etc), doing the diet mostly (trying more to do the low cal, low fat thing more now than strict IG diet, cutting out big no no's like red meat, bananas, potatoes (tho potatoes are hard to resist!)
Going to excerise briskly for the next 7 weeks until I O at the end of Dec (I'm still overweight from baby 2 and thought that losing weight would help my sway)
ROADBLOCKS:
Late oct, my hubby and I decided we'd TTC. Well, he abstained for 7 days, wore tighty whiteys, (woudl not do supps) but was eating my dinners, and well, I was really nervous and stressed about pinpointing o+12 time, and he coudn't perform. Would not perform for over a week! GRRR. He said it was too much pressure on him and he can't have sex if it thinks we're just doing it to make a baby. So abstainence is out and so is FR unless it's DTD unfortunately. I just know he won't just go release because i told him so, he's got a low sex drive these days anyway (poor me :(( LOL and he won't be able to handle FR, that's why abstaining worked, he had no problem not doing anything for 7 days. He doesn't want to abstain again because he's afraid of another "performance" issue if he's too "aware" of what's going on. He just wants to DTD and see what happens...GRRR, so any advice for that?
My other roadblock is breakfast. I cannot live without it. I have tried, it made me sick the whole day to my stomach. I also get shakey when I do not eat every few hours and my stomach actually physically "hurts". I also tried eating two eggs for breakfast in the whole "low blood glucose" theory but my stomach still hurt, I was still hungry, and I felt foggy headed the whole day.
So...problem is my breakfast of choice is Quaker Insant Oatmeal apples n cinn flavor (two packets) drowned in milk. I used to drink OJ with this (can you say high blood sugar?) but cut out the OJ, but cannot get away from my oatmeal. If I eat anything else first, it usually bothers me or I feel like I'm having an off day. Any other breakfasts similiar that would be OK? I mean if I stick to low cal low everything diet, how bad is oatmeal for my sway?
I feel like the more deeper i look into swaying, the more I see how my body is naturally very resistant to girl sway ideas :(
So plan is: low cal low everything diet, work out, lose some weight in 7 weeks, my hubby is NO HELP in swaying, somewhat frequent BDing before O, (aiming for the last BD to be 2 day cutoff) use Represh the whole time (will have to do a trial run in late Nov. to make sure it stays at 4.5 pH)...with Represh is it only 1/2 applicator 12 hours before first BD?
supps: baby aspirin, calicum citrate, folic acid, peppermint tea x3 daily (do I really need to use 2 teabags per 1 cup of tea?)
Any other advice, help, hugs, or comments?
