Im curious to know how many of you are adding alchol to your sway and how often or if you added alchol and got a girl? also does anyone know whats better for ttc pink vodka with diet coke or wine? x

I'm doing a glass of white wine with dinner every night personally.
I was doing a double shot of rum daily mixed with my milk allowance with dinner (I'm on PCOS diet). I'm in the ttw now so I've stopped drinking. Last I looked I think spirits had slightly better results in the stats which is why I choose that.
Same as me. I am doing 2 shots of vodka in a diet cherry Dr. Pepper every night from AF to O. I don't drink during the TTW, although Atomic says it's fine.
I have 2 boys and had never drank any alcohol before my sway-- just lots of water and daily white/green tea LOL!!!
thanks for your replies ! I think im going to add it to my sway the stats are great and i know its very acidic, i also read that alcohol lowers blood glucose which is ment to sway girl too
This seems to be the one part of my sway that I am aceing :P I am currently having a glass of white wine most nights. I am also thinking of switching it up to gin and tonic as I heard this is good too. Best part of swaying :)
Brightsky- This is one part of the sway for me that I also have no issues with LOL. Although my H began to think I was turning into a bit of an alcoholic drinking every night, once I explained it was for swaying he sort of got it :D [emoji14] I also love a good gin tonic, sometimes if I'm in the mood I even add some cucumber.
Im definatly enjoying this part of the sway to ! how are you finding diet? I find skipping breakfast and only eating two meals easy but i do miss my red meat and roast potatos ! Im eating alot of rice, pasta and veg with small amounts of parmasam cheese, i eat 100g of chicken every other day for dinner and doing weight watchers to loose weight praying that it works and we get our baby girl :) good luck to you all with your sways
I never drink at all (like maybe 1-2 a year) and the 2 weeks before my attempt I drank a few glasses of white wine) and a hard cider drink the night of our attempt. I think it helped!
I drink beer now, and perfect timing with summer here! I have had a few shots of rum and diet coke which I didn't love so mostly beer and wine for me :) beds part of a pink sway!

If you find yourself overwhelmingly hit with the urge to snack, add a meal. People for some reason think they have to stick with 2 meals but you DON'T. 3 is equally acceptible to 2 and that is what I did. 2 or 3 are both just fine and dandy, do what works for YOU. If you can't make it on 3, then go to 4. That is STILL very different to snacking every 15-30 minutes all day long.
People have this tendency that if they can't hit every goal perfectly that they won't even try. but it's still swaying pink moving in the right direction, even if you only get 75% of the way to the goal. There is a lot of wiggle room and everyone can come up with something that will work for them. :)
Definitely not snacking every 15-30 mins :D not getting too hung up on the diet yet. We eat a lot at my parents or out or get take out after a long day, I would like to come up with some alternatives for all that!
That was my biggest challenge too. We had weekly dinners at the mild, 2 birthdays, Mother's Day and a trip to Cuba all in a small window. I ate cake, drank pineapple juice, and at pork.
I handled the plates dinners as a guest at my inlaws by requesting smaller portions. During cuba I ate 3 meals and did not excerize but I barely touched meat, I had eggs twice. And birthdays I ate normally but still didn't do that bad for cals fat and protein.
Track and do your best and give yourself some more relaxed diet days. It will make the rest of the time feel more tolerable - but that being said it really does get easier! I'm
Finding it a breeze now that I know what to buy and what sort of stuff keeps me fuller longer. Beer happens to help me out lol and I've actually indulged at had one at my lunch! [emoji23]

Oh and for take out I do two things - I get the veggie wraps from mcds or I get a sub; if I do want I get some protein from meat I get the sweet onion chicken subs. No cheese but only bc it puts me to my fat and protein limits too fast in combo with meat.

When going out my advice is get a doggy bag and you have something to look forward to the next day.
Just do the doable at a relative's house - remember, cheating on LE is not only allowed but encouraged and this is one of the reasons why. It just removes anxiety from the situation so much if you can just not worry when going out to a friend's house.
Is diet cream soda okay to mix with vodka? I love cran and vodka, but am not wanting to add the extra nutrients.

I'm not a cream soda person at ALL, but years ago my friend insisted on making me one mixed with vodka and I was instantly hooked, lol. Vodka makes me ill just smelling it and the cream soda masks it so well.

I've always been a beer drinker. Definitely think I'm going to try vodka instead during my sway!
Woke up feeling woozy. Less vodka next time. Ah, learning the hard way that I'm no spring chicken. LOL
diet cream soda and vodka is fine!
Beer is still good though right? When I started my sway it was seemingly pretty popular.

I drank beer and I feel it worked for me at least in part.
My best friend used to drink vodka waters with crystal lite. It's surprisingly good and low calorie! (If you're trying to find a way to fit alcohol into your girl sway)
