Hello Atomic, could u pls advice me what to do? I was drinking 1x daily peppermint tea(i know u dont recommend it:(+vitex from cd1 till cd25 and no ovulation. I stopped everything, now is cd30 and still no ovulation. Is it possible i stopped ovulation and i dont get it this month? My basal temperature is very very low...Should i wait or go to doctor so she will give me injection of agolutin so i get af?:nails:
Yes, it is likely that you have delayed ovulation. Next time please only use them till CD 12 and then stop.
Your O and AF will come eventually, I wouldn't bother going to the doctor unless you're in a big hurry. Do be aware you can still get pregnant so if you want to try the medication, you need to be sure it's been 14 days since you had unprotected sex and take a pregnancy test to be sure that you aren't pregnant before using it.

Well, Oing on CD 23 is not very late, it's only a couple days past normal range.
The WORST thing to do is start tossing a bunch of other herbs and stuff into the mix. If it were up to me I would not do ANY of the herbs. And it may be that you still don't O on time next month. The vitex and pep tea are notorious for messing up cycles.
Now - about your diet, are you eating a decent amount of fat and calories???
Ok better i dont take anything and i will see if my ovulation will come. I eat enough calories but it is true maybe i dont eat enough fat. Source of my fat are nuts and something sweet like cakes or chocolate, between 25-30g of fat daily.
I want you doing a serving of full fat dairy a day and 4-6 eggs a week till O comes. That is borderline below enough fat to keep you ovulating.

Hello Atomic, i was already 42dc so i went to doctor and she gave injection of agolutin progesterone so i should get af till 14days. When i get af should i start again vitex cd1-cd12 or let my body restart my ovulation itself? just keep le diet, exercise and dtd every 4 days...doctor told me she saw one good follicle on left side which could grow up next cycle:fx:
You need to stay away from vitex from here on in and keep doing the full fat dairy and eggs.
Hello Atomic, already 2 months im not ovulating:( i had 2 injections of Agolutin so i got my af. I added every day full fat dairy yoghurt and 4egg weekly to my food so i hope and pray my ovulation will return...im eating every day about 40g of fat and protein 40-50g i dont know if this is coz of vitex+peppermint tea which i drunk in june or coz i lost just 2kg during April-May. My Bmi is now 18,94. If my ovulation dont return in september what do u recommend? My doctor want to send me to clinic coz of my age, im 37. Before i started vitex and peppermint i had regular cycle around 30-31 days.
You need to increase your fat to 50-60 g and your protein to 50-60 g. No more weight loss, do whatever it takes to get that weight loss to stop. Keep doing the full fat dairy and eggs.
if you go to the clinic, could you get a fertility medication like Clomid or Femara?? These are the best medications to induce ovulation and have a nice benefit in that they sway pink as well.
Thx u for your reply Atomic, u r so great and u do so well your job:) yes i increased fat and protein intake to 50-60g daily (eggs and dairy)and dont loose my weight. If im still not ovulating this month i will go to clinic and maybe they give me clomid (even if im afraid i could have twins) i still hope i can have my baby girl naturally:) i keep your Le diet, eating at 12pm and at 7pm, walking very fast daily more then 1hour, my husband is smoking, taking Ole, soy milk, drinking sometimes peppermint tea. I hope this helps too:)

Atomic can i take Inofolic? My doctor said it helps with ovulation and for better quality of egg. Does it sway pink even if i dont have PCO?
No, please don't take inofolic with the weight loss you are experiencing. That is not good advice for anyone without more than 30-50 lbs to lose and/or moderate to severe PCOS.
Dear Atomic, pls can u help? I am little in panic coz i took 1kg during one week, i started to eat eggs 4x weekly, full fat yoghurt daily and little ice cream (i also took few sacchets of inofolic in the beginning of my cycle but stopped when u said i shouldnt) and yesterday i finally got positive ovulation test after 3 months of annovulatory cycles so i think diet or inofolic worked but i am also afraid coz i took some weight so it could sway boy. I want to try for girl next month. I do exercise 1 hour daily, Le diet, i am vegetarian from June (but also before i didnt eat so much meat) my husband olive leaf and soy milk. Could i now continue my diet without eggs and full fat dairy coz my ovulation is back? I dont know why my weight is now rapidly increasing i am not eating so much just 2x daily, 30-50g of fat and the same of protein:think:

NO you need to continue the eggs and dairy. That's not why you gained weight and we need them to continue ovulating. Jsut because you had one ovulation, you're still at risk of things being messed up in the future and I want to be sure it doesn't happen again. :)
Don't worry about the 1 kg, we have not found weight loss or gain to be predictive of whose sways fail and whose succeed.
