Happy (almost) New Year & Happy Swaying!! I ttc sway blue in Dec but was hit w/ an extra heavy AF (poss a chemical)
Have been indulging in all the holiday gluttony, laziness, and e4d release with hopes of a hard blue sway attempt this Saturday 12/29 (ok sorry not technically Jan but pretty close as we will dtd Saturday/Sunday/Monday per @atomic advice to do lots around O-day when swaying)
Things I'm nervous about: holiday travel, not 'in my own bed' for over a week, smoking ciggies with family while Christmas-ing
Things I'm feeling ok about: loads of fatty meats/cheeses, sugary desserts, red wine, beer consumed the past 2 weeks, more relaxed about swaying in general as I am no longer going into this as a Shettles Method disciple {Dec 2018 tcc attempt was 100% based on Shettles then I found @atomic and this forum and am now basically implementing a hybrid strategy taking best practices from this site and Shettles in hopes of getting my little blue bean!!!}
