Me too. AF came to an end (RIP now for few months pls) hoping for BFP... Will do the first one attempt in the first week of January... Kinda nervous

Kinda nervous too am wondering if I did it earlier coz I did my attempt day before positive OPK, fingers crossed for you too

Hmm I read it in one of your post that you ended up doing an attempt one day before pos OPK with 14 days of abstinence or so..

Atomic doesn't recommended abstinence to anyone now. I think it's better for you to stick with regular release (every 2-4 days) and do the one attempt on pos OPK for good chance of conception..
Atomic also recommend to try the one attempt for 2-3 cycles. If that doesn't work you can imply E4D..
