Hey ladies! I've come back for some more advice as my mama's have never let me down. I've already successfully swayed blue thanks to the advice I've received from atomic and with my own research. DH and I want have already decided to add another boy to the gang that's close in age to our son. So we're still holding off for a little but now I'm entering new territory. We were hoping to trying to concieve while I breastfeed but I keep second guessing myself. We would love to have twin boys but obviously at the end of the day we just want a happy and healthy baby. Our DS that we successfully swayed was a twin pregnancy but vanished around 8 weeks. I made a few adjustments to my plan from last time and was planning on taking the following:

- woman's one a day multivitamin
- 2,000mcg folic acid
- CoQ10
- 5,000iu vitamin d
- Letrozole 7.5mg
- zinc 15mg
- selenuim 60mcg

My problem is I want to make sure that I'm obviously safe to take these will breastfeeding and that I'm not overdoing it. I was taking 100mg of clomid with our last pregnancy however fell pregnant on my 5th round so my doctor will only let me try one more round. I also don't know if I would have better luck with trying letrozole or going the soy isoflavones route. I have a feeling I'll have to stop breastfeeding before starting either one of those though. Any advice for this mama would be greatly appreciated!
