Thought maybe I should post this seperate.
Oh and my weight is now approx 130 lbs. and 5' 4" - 5' 6" about. I need to loose how much to successfully sway Pink? Ive never weighted this much before im pretty sure outside of being preg.
Thinking of conceiving when LO turns around 2 yrs (he turned 14 months this past Saturday)
Should I be concerned also about going too thin that I don't get a cycle?
I just finally got mine back it would seem after giving birth.
And before I got pregnant I had to put on weight to get a cycle before. At least that would seem unless it was a long wait due to getting off birth control but even the progesterone didn't start it back then. Was underweight back then. Gained a lot while on vacation at disbey in dec 2010 finally returned after absence most of 2010 when I got off it.

Weight for swaying pink?

I wish there was a set # of lbs you had to lose to successfully sway pink! Unfortunately swaying doesn't work that way. You can potentially lose lots of lbs and still conceive a boy, or you could possibly gain weight and conceive a girl.
When you follow the recommendations in the LE diet, you will lose weight. It seems like more of the successful sways do the LE diet for at least 5 weeks. Some people don't sway at all and gain weight before they get pg and get girls anyway.
I see that you're a newbie here so here is Atomic's essay on the nutshell version of the LE diet. This diet has proven successful at helping women conceive girls through may successful sways: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...l-version.html
If you're concerned about losing too much weight and not being able to maintain a cycle, you may want to add extra calories to your diet but still stay within the other principles of LE. Hope this helps and good luck!2012 (my sweetest little bug)

Thanks ill take a look.
I should note when I didn't have a period before I was like 93 lbs lowest and that may have done it that and getting off BC. Oh a d this last time was after giving birth. So I don't know what all played a part with that.

Wow - that's quite a lot going on all at once to hinder your regular cycles! I have no doubt all of that played a part in it. Hopefully when you start LE it won't impact your cycle much.
Are you planning on taking supplements like vitex for your pink sway? Vitex seems to make everyone's cycle wonky in some way. For me, I had cycles lasting 38 days when I took the stuff when they used to be 26-28 days. If you start LE, and take vitex at the same time, don't be surprise if AF is late or even early. Irregularity of cycles seems to be the norm when taking vitex. Anyway, if you take vitex and for some reason you're late, don't be to quick to blame the LE diet - it is probably just the vitex. I just wanted to let you know about that in case you're planning to use it in conjunction with LE.
Good luck and let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you!2012 (my sweetest little bug)

Oh I'll have to read about vitex . Thought that was clomid?
Anyway I should explain I was down to 93 lbs my lowest I was formerly anorexic (long story but the shorthand is this: I was watching what I ate counting calories I. Order to control something as I couldn't really control what had happend to me) anyway after I realized I was anorexic It took most if 2010 early till December with the goal of conceiving in mind and finally Dec '10 got back a cycle
(I had dropped my BC also early 2010). Luckily I got myself through it and didn't feel need to be skinny like I used to I just wanted to have a baby and be healthy.
We got preg June 2011 (found out July 4th). Gave birth march 18th 2012.
Basically, I can handle diet. Yeah, it'll probably not be fun however, with the outcome being a potential daughter yeah it's worth it! As long as nothing is gonna kill me or the baby.
Pulling myself out if the diet then isn't a concern for me cause for me the sign that the diet is over is a BFP! My mindset is definatly soo much better then it was a few years ago.
Also, I was reading breakfast in a no no which I believe I ate a lot of cereal and breakfast foods when I got preg?
My mom got preg with me we where in Japan ( my dads former Air Force) anyway, she was eating a lot of rice I think she mentioned!
She had my brother 5 yrs earlier they stationed in New Mexico back then and pretty different foods. Chow hall food or out for burger or sand which.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with anorexia.
It's important to be honest with yourself. If there's a chance LE could throw you back into another episode maybe it's better to do other things like supps, timing, having DH abstain or do FR, putting DH on supps too and using things like rephresh and aci-jel to change the pH of your cm.
Here's a link to my sway if you want to look at the other things I did (not including diet) to get some ideas: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/add-...y-attempt.html
Also, you may want to check out: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/add-...-its-girl.html She wasn't able to stay on the diet for long but her sway was successful.
You may want to consider having Atomic Sagebrush make you a customized swaying plan. I bought one and I think it was some of the best money I ever spent. She will take everything into consideration and use her mass of swaying knowledge and create the plan a great plan that's just for you.
Let me know if I can do anything else to help.2012 (my sweetest little bug)

Thanks! I'm not concerned at all about heading down the Anorexic path.
It was tough and yes sometimes I'm like ooohh getting pudgy bleh maybe but not even thinking of staying thin. I know what I want and as long as it doesn't kill me (Being anorexic could have so nope no desire to be that again.) I just Really LOVE a Daughter. I know I'll move away from the diet and into something healthy once I get BFP! It's like the sign diet n such is over.
My emergsncy Appendix removal this past November was what killed my flat stomach lol and before then I thought pregnancy would've did that (it didn't which was a shock to me) basically not worried about how my body looks like I used too. Sure, I try and look good but not to the extent of working out (Seriusly be more concerned about hyper focus on working out if i started doing crunchrs n stuff. even though I hate it lol)
But I'm getting off the subject. It's basically this When I decided to be a Mom. I decided that My Health and being alive was more important then how thin I looked!
I'm grateful that I Can enjoy foods and I can take a reprieve from that and know ill be able to go back to enjoying them again. Anorexia robbed me of that in the past. I'm not about to Let it do that again

Ugh sorry typing on my cell. I need to get on the laptop to read and type correctly lol
Anyway, my thoughts are this. What do I all need to eat or not eat and do to successfully sway Pink? When and how soon should I start?
Then my thoughts will be focusing on doing just that. After I get BFP my thoughts will be Eating and doing what I need for my Baby. (Which I've already done once). After that my thoughts will probably be what do I Want to eat? Lol Last Time it Was Arby's Roast Beef and Lunch Meats lol cause I stated away from those to prevent Listeria.
All meanwhile taking care of our family
