last cycle ,I was taking Fretile CM

and I have NO CM At All

this cycle I am using EPO and fish oil forr more than a week

to have some EWCM but untile now ,I get nothing

no EWCM

how long do you wait to see some EWCM !!!.

I saw lots of ewcm the first cycle i was taking fish oil, you need to be close to ovulation to see it though.

i was drinking lots of vingearwater, Lemon Juice, and having lots of big O´s :P

Usually within a month of being on the supps and diet you should see some EWCM during O. Drink lots of water and some green tea which should help along with guaiffesin 5 days leading up to O. I would get some but not a lot hitch is why I used Preseed with all my attempts as well

I normally have a good amount of EWCM but this previous cycle I had LOADS for two days during my ovulation. I really honestly feel like it was from the mass amounts of lemon water and green tea I was drinking!

Fertile CM has caused a lot of people to dry up. I am not a fan of Fertile CM, I think it should be called "If you're lucky you may get some Fertile CM"

If you are in the early part of your cycle, you will not be getting EWCM yet anyway. You don't get EWCM until around your ovulation.

Some people have found EPO dries them up too, altho this is much less common it does happen. You could try just fish oil and then drink grapefruit juice and lemonwater and see what happens.

Yes, the Fertile CM did the opposite for me - but it worked really well for me when I was TTC boy (which I did). Grapefruit juice and krill oil seem to work for me this time around...
