    Nutrisystem diet and swaying girl

What would the Nutrisystem Diet sway? The calories would be around 1250-1350 and the macro breakdown is about 60/20/20.

    Anyone with Nutrisystem experience??

I personally believe that it will because of the low calories. I conceived a girl doing jenny Craig. Nutrisystem like jenny Craig is high in salt which i do not believe sways.

Yes anything that low in cals would sway pink, but beware anything highly fortified (like snack bars, shakes, etc)!!

also agree that sodium does not sway. I got my girl with high sodium after a "failed" sway where I got DS 4 and was limiting sodium.

Okay, thank you both. I have unexplained infertility but did have sucess with Follistim and an IUI but lost that baby at 6 and a half weeks. It was a girl was trisomy 13. I had followed the LE diet the month before the IUI. We are going to try some IUI's again after Christmas but with my age (almost 37) I am worried that the LE diet might make it even harder for me to conceive. My eggs are not the best. I am 5 foot 5 and weigh 147 pounds. I wanted to lose weight before we try again. From what I have read that sounds like the biggest sway factor for trying for a girl. Is that what you would sugges AS?

I was wondering about the sodium so thanks for addressing that alos.
