Any exercise dvds people have found that are pure cardio? I have an elliptical but am doubtful I'll survive a whole hour. I thought maybe I could mix it up with some sweating to the oldies or something. doesn't take much to elevate my heart rate and make me sweat.
Or are they a bad idea? Tae Bo was another thought.

Tae Bo I think is blue friendly due to the punching kicking moves (may trick your body into thinking you're fighting)
Sweating to the oldies is fine, I like Walk away the pounds and I just did a new one I really liked called Bollywood Dance with Himalaya Amazon.com: The Bollywood Dance Workout with Hemalayaa: Hemalayaa: Movies & TV. Both WATP and the Bollywood one could be toned down if you're less fit, and ramped up if you're more fit. I was able to do the Bollywood one with just a little less bouncing even though I'm actually injured right now!!
The Bollywood one was free on Hulu.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
