I was just wondering if you can overdo it on the milk while TTC pink. I am a HUGE milk drinker (always have been - skim by the way) and I have 2 boys. Can too much milk sway blue? Should I cut out milk for this attempt and just stick to yogourt once per day?
I'm sorry i have so many questions, probably all have been asked before.
TIA

It needs to fit into your protein, fat and calorie totals for the day within LE diet guidelines. Milk is very nutrient-dense, and not something you want to be drinking a ton of while swaying pink. The only milk I drank during my sway was whole milk in my coffee.

Yes absolutely you can get too much calcium and while there is great debate about how calcium sways, for the sake of your health it is not good to take the megadoses that are recommended on some sites. It's been linked to heart disease and doctors are no longer recommending high dose cal supps.
Aside from calcium in and of itself, dairy is loaded with nutrients and nutrients across the boards have been shown to sway blue, not pink.
I always drank tons and tons of dairy when I got my 4 boys and with my 4th, I was taking gobs of calcium supps. Got my daughter with both DH and I at the lowest dairy intake ever.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

go off the overall nutrients of your diet. some people can use more, some need less, and it is more important for you to eat to your preference so you are not miserable every second on LE Diet. There are no magic foods and so you need to feel free to pick the foods that YOU like best rather than sticking to a canned diet formula.
