Well tomorrow is my birthday and I've decided to have a cheat day!! I've been on LE diet since 1st September and been doing treadmill nearly every night for 60 minutes so decided a full cheat day is in order! Also been a bit fed up Of LE diet last couple of days so thought a cheat day might do me good! We are going to start TTC start of December so half way there!!
Just thought would share!!!😝
