I have powdered brewers yeast - how much do I need to take?
It says on the instructions one tablespoon - one to four times a day. Would that be right?

I'd start off with just one and see how you tolerated it. I don't think anyone really needs 4T a day though. This is just meant to help a little - not be a major food group itself. I want you guys to have room for lots of real food and no need to fill up on yeast.
