I wasn't very strict on the diet. I had a lot of cheat days and the last month was total rubbish as I was getting discouraged. But I do feel like overall I cut back a lot more than what I ate with my boys.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He cut way back on red meat and his main meat intake was just pork and chicken that I'd make as family dinners.

Unsure. Didn't lose too much overall as I wasn't so strict with the diet. Roughly 2-3 pounds leading up to O.

Cardio for at least 60 minutes nightly until the last month where once again I was getting discouraged.
