followed the LE diet. Skipped breakfast. Occasionally had a morning coffee. Tried to eat low nutrient foods. Did slack off on diet in the last 2 months before conception. Didn't always stick to limits.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Lost 40lbs in the 6 months before conception. Bmi at o was 23. I weighed about 128 lbs. this is the smallest I have been since I was 18.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

Tried to exercise for 6 days but mostly would only make it 4 days. 60 minutes of cardio some days it would only be a 60 minute walk in a very hilly area. There was a heat wave the week before o.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Lost weight, exercised more than I ever have in my life. Skipped breakfast. Took supplements.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Only abstained for 6 days. Would like to have done frequent release since we abstained with both our sons. Dh couldn't follow through that's why we didn't conceive first month we were supposed to try so we switched our plan to abstain.
I was not as strict with diet limits in the last 2 months before conception.

Things worth mentioning:

Also used Chinese gender calendar.
