Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Lost over 14kg since April 2014 doing low calorie diet on and off. Some days my diet was under 1000 calories but other days I made up for it. Skipped breakfast nearly every day

On LE Diet I Skipped breakfast daily and tried to avoid meat as much as possible. Defiantly tried to avoid red meat
Used my FitnessPal as much as possible to help keep me within limits

64kg during attempt (BMI 23)
I started low calorie diet in April 2014 I was 78kg (BMI 29) over the year I lost 14kg

I hate exercise and knew there was no way I would ever stick to the recommendations

Used RepHresh every 3 days starting after AF
Took Zyrtec, was hoping for 5 days but ovulated a bit earlier so only took 3 days in a row with the last one being the night before attempt.
Once I got a positive OPK and decided that I would DTD the next morning, I took half an applicator of Rephresh so that would put me about 8 hours before attempt
Used Sylk as lube during our attempt

I believe the attemp was on ovulation date
I tested at 6pm on Thursday OPK negative tested 10pm same day positive OPK (could have easily bd then) but I panicked that I caught the beginning of the surge and won't ovulate for a while, so decided to wait till the morning. Tested at 6am and it was already negative so we BD then. J & D after 5 minutes
Friday that night I was feeling ovulation pains, so I assumed I ovulated same Dayaks my attempt
My husband abstained for 10 days

DH only took Licorice Root for 14 days, I never thought I would ever fall pregnant first mths so I just started him on the sups this mth
Only 2 tablets a day = 900mg

Salt Rock lamp on every night
Wore Rose Quartz bracelet
Kept Rose Quarts necklace under my pillow
Used lavender essential oil daily on my face

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Being at my lowest weight and having lost a lot of weight prior to falling pregnant
Doing only one attemp as both my boys were definitely multiple attempts

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Being on the LE diet for 5 weeks (surely there was going to be no chance I was going to fall pregnant first mths but I obviously did)
I felt that Zyrtec did nothing as on Friday night when I was ovulating I had so much stretchy clear mucus (secretly hoping that was RepHresh coming out from the application the night before, but I guess that's just wishful thinking)
Being a couch potato

Things worth mentioning:

I can't ever imagine this baby being anything other then a boy after having 2 boys already.
So far up to week 10 I have felt pretty much the same as I did with my other 2 pregnancies except for one difference, having shocking acne
I would love a girl all my dreams would come true but I see my self as only boy mum and I know with all my heart that I will love my new addition no matter what.
Even my handsome 4 year old says, "mummy if this is a boy you will be the only princess in this house" Bless him

Congratulations! I'm like you, after having two boys myself I can't imagine a having girl. I think it's a good mentally to have so you don't set yourself up for gender disappointment. It looks like a great sway and I hope you hear pink. Will you find out the sex?

My 12 week ultrasound is in just over a week
And as much as we have been discussing about not finding out I feel that I know a lot about the nub theory and would say that I am quite good at it. What scares me is that at my ultrasound all I will be doing is looking for any clues

Congratulations :-) I thought exactly the same as you about my nt scan but I can honestly tell you that even tho all I did was look for clues I am still none the wiser. My baby was not behaving at all and although I did get a look down the rump end of baby I didn't see anything that I could have said was a nub, I saw a lot of straight lines and nothing sticking up (that I could see) but I'm still expecting to have a boy. Maybe your baby will keep you guessing too.

The knowledge i gained in the last couple of years about swaying is just unbelievable

Even though my sway might not have been strict, I really believe the personalized plan is what got me my girl
