    exercise question.

Hello! Does walking sway? I know i have read some forms of exercise sway pink or blue, and I was wondering if walking does? I am recently been walking to help with weight loss, and help keep my joints moving (Lupus) any ideas? Thanks!

Walking briskly/power walking for 60+min 6-7 days a week. The important thing is to make it uninterrupted for the full 60min.

I walk wearing my DS3 in a front carrier while pushing my DS2 in a stroller. We usually end at a park to let my DS2 play for a bit, and then walk home for an additional 15-20min (bonus exercise!).

I think walking will be fantastic for you, and allow you to keep your joints moving without being too intense for you.

    FX and GL to you!!

ANY walking for 60 consecutive minutes is great for you.

I don't want you guys trying to do more exercise than your bodies can handle. If you can walk fast, great, but PLEASE don't decide not to exercise because you can't. Just get out and do it for 60 min. if you can and if you can't, since you have PCOS I want you doing whatever exercise you can do even if you can't get up that much. The benefits to blood sugar control and weight loss (and also for your overall health too) outweigh any possible risk of building muscle.
