I have definitely decided to use Vitex as part of my sway and have a few questions:
1. I got a negative pregnancy test today (11 or 12dpo) and always show quite early on a pregnancy test so I know that I am not pregnant; can I start Vitex today or do I really need to wait for my period? Will it matter if I start it a few days early?
2. I plan to take vitex from af to cd 12 or 13, will this be enough for a girl sway? or should I take it to o?
3. The Vitex I have bought just says Agnus Castus and doesn't actually say Vitex... id this the same thing or have I bought the wrong thing? It's also 1000mg... is that dose ok or will it inhibit ttc?
Thank you in advance
xx

I prefer you to wait till 14 DPO and period or TWO negative tests 2 days apart one on 14 or even 16 DPO to start the vitex. It doesn't matter if you had tests early in other pregnancies, every pregnancy is different.
Please stop vitex before you expect to O. CD 12 or 13 or positive OPK, whichever comes first. Don't take it to O as it can delay or even stop O until you do stop taking it.
1000 is fine, and yes agnus castus is the same thing!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
