Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

First week I did IG diet and then switched to LE diet the second week.

Only 2 weeks. DH decided he didn't want to sway anymore and to leave it in God's hands.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

No red meat, potatoes, bananas, added 2 diet cokes a day, and drank alcohol a few times right before attempt.

I was drinking 1-2 diet sodas a day for the two weeks leading up to Ovulation and through it.

I ran for an hour on the treadmill the week before attempt. Before that I was a very avid strength trainer.

We only did one actual attempt the day before ovulation. I got a +opk at 8am and we decided to go for it that afternoon. The 5 days before ovulation was with a condom.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

This was a very light sway obviously. I felt ok about it since I did many things differently than what I did for my two boys. Honestly, I'm not sure. I thought I'd post anyway though since I did do a small sway.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I only did a diet for 2 weeks! Eek! So I don't know. I think if I had done a diet for at least 6 weeks (which was the plan), I would have felt better. Although I was vegetarian and eating crap when I got pregnant with my first son, so I dont know. I just know that my diet was what I mainly goofed on which is the most important part! Lol. We'll see. I have come to a peace about having another boy. Now the waiting game begins.
