I did something between LE and atomic's fertility diet.

Roughly for 11-12 weeks with some cheats here and there.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

Avoided red meat like the plague (he was determined not to cheat so I couldn't blame him if the sway fails haha)

DId you consume alcohol?

• Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Tried to stay between 1200-1800 calories. Skipped breakfast the week before attempt and the week after.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

Switched from beer to diet cranberry (Splenda) and vodka every day.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

BMI 25 and didn't budge leading up to O...maybe lost 2-3 pounds if anything.

Tried to do cardio for 60 minutes but only 2-3 times.

CoQ10. I was already on Zyrtec and Singulair (antihistamines) and I added Benadryl before attempt.

Did you do anything with Ions?

Too much. Salt lamp at work and in bedroom, rose quartz bracelet worn at all times, lavender scented diffuser at work, painted nails frequently, hot bath for me and shower for DH before attempt.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

Box of girl clothes under bed, scissors and wooden spoon and pink bow under my head in the mattress. Tried to sleep on my left side if I was thinking about it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Only one attempt at fertile time!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I feel like I don't know what I'm doing with the diet because my weight never goes down despite starving myself. Then I tried more of the fertility diet but I felt like I was pushing towards blue friendly. I'm hopeless at exercise. I'm worried I wasn't off my vitamins for long enough. I didn't skip breakfast long enough etc. And the worst...my multiple O's at attempt.

Things worth mentioning:

Tried Rephresh last month and got some horrible yeast infection like issue. Tried Saw Palmetto at the beginning of the month but it made me spot so I dropped it. I conceived my DD the month after I was on Vitex and this time was the month after Vitex too.
