Confused LE diet vs. other girl diets

I have been doing a lot a research on girl diets. Some say eat good proteins like fish and lamb. Along with full fat milk and yogurt. Some others say to eat all day as to not get spikes in glucose. Some say sweets will decrease your ph so eat them while some say to stay away from them. I'm just getting so confused. I have been on the LE diet for over a week and am planning on continuing it. I am just wondering why there is such differences in ideas and what benefits the LE diet has.

Well. I don't know, but I hve been on these swaying forums for almost 3 years and the one that really clicked for me was the LE diet. It just makes sense to me. The other diets don't.

The LE Diet is based on a different scientific principle than the other diets are and so it ends up being of a different nature. We know next to nothing about how and why swaying works, so some of us have different beliefs than other people.

The LE Diet is based on the Trivers Willard hypothesis, the Maternal Dominance hypothesis, and the blood glucose research of a scientist called Elissa Cameron. The basic premise is that gently declining your condition, limiting the raw materials your body can use to make sex hormones with, and keeping your blood sugar low sways pink.

The other diets are based on a hodgepodge of different ideas. They think calcium sways pink, eating foods with progesterone sways pink, and eating acidifying foods sway pink. The ones that try to include blood sugar get it wrong most of the time and so their info is often inaccurate (and I was the one who originally discovered the blood sugar stuff so you can take it from me on that.) Some of these diets DO sway, but it's because they're pretty similar to LE Diet and people decline in condition when they're on them. All the calcium/progesterone/acidfying stuff is biologically impossible and just a coincidence - whenever a person dramatically changes their diet, their body takes note of that.

Thanks for the info! Think I will just stick to the gender dreaming website so I don't get confused anymore than I already am.
