I have been doing cardio for 6 weeks now. My attempt is in 2-3 weeks and I am really struggling to find the time to fit the one hour cardio in since I have been working extra hours. I was doing 5-6 days of cardio but last week I was only able to do 4 days and it looks like this week will be the same. Should I stop the cardio now before our attempt or continue the 4 maybe 5 days cardio. Which will hurt my sway more?

I would have you continue at the 4-5 day a week amount for now.
