I'm in the US and I found a brand (cascadian farms) that does not fortify their cereal. Is that a good way to add cals without too much fat and protein?

May 13th, 2015, 01:17 PM #2That's what I've done. A huge bowl of cereal, with sugar (because the kind I get is just puffed rice) and rice milk. 2009 2009

May 13th, 2015, 04:29 PM #3We THINK that is ok, but keep in mind that we never really knew why cereal seemed to sway blue, only that it was shown in a study. So while I think it's fine, some may want to avoid it and such.

It is a great snack though.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!! Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

May 15th, 2015, 06:31 PM #4That's what I did, I say go for it! Just avoid any cereal that contains oats as those sway strongly blue. Man I miss CF cereals so much! The cereal aisle here is miniscule with NONE of my favourites.
