I know the goal is to up the amount of calories you eat in one day. Today I didnt eat between 10:30 am and 4 -5ish just because I was so busy. Is this ok to do once in a while? I know its important to keep blood sugar steady during the attempts, but im still 2 weeks away.

Once in a while we all do it!! But I do think we boy moms tend to be all day eaters for the most part. Just do your best. One day can't hurt anything.
