Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Skipped or delayed breakfast most days (used to eat breakfast first thing everyday)
Didn't go fully vegetarian but cut back meat a lot - small amounts of chicken once or twice a week but still tried to keep within daily limits. Added in red meat or salmon once a week in the last few months as taking a while to get bfp. Also added in eggs a few times a week and changed to full fat dairy in the last few months.
Cut out snacking (used to snack a lot)
Had to stick to upper limits of LE diet due to breastfeeding and needing to keep milk supply up.

Ate a little less red meat as I cooked it less often.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Tried to stick to 2 meals a day (occasionally had 3). Delayed eating most days until after 11 am

Had coffee once a day, alcohol every evening (not in tww) pepsi max 1-2 glasses a day

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

BMI 20.3 (prior to starting LE diet BMI of 23.6 - lost nearly 10 kg on LE diet)

Tried to do 60 mins walking pushing pram 5 days a week. Was a bit slack in the last few weeks due to illness and hot weather.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Length of time on LE diet, losing nearly 10kg
Exercised most weeks 5-6 days a week but a Lille less in the last few weeks
Was breastfeeding (although less in the last few months)
Cut out snacking
One attempt (although DS was conceived with one attempt)

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Relaxed diet in last few months a little - added in fish/red meat once a week and eggs once/twice a week
Not as much exercise in the last few weeks

Hoping I did enough to give DS a little sister but just hoping for a healthy baby. If this little one is another boy I am sure he and his brother will be best buddies. Will be a long wait to find out as I am only 8w5d and we are going to wait until Bub is born to find out gender (unless I change my mind along the way)
