Hello!
As I get closer to our attempt I'm wondering if I should use the represh gel for our one attempt? Also, is it beneficial for DH to take Benadryl an hour before? Thanks!!

Represh and antihistamines

Neither has seemed to really be adding anything in our results. The same number of people got girls with and without both jellies and antihistamines.
So, it's fine if you want to use them but they do cut odds of conception significantly and should be dropped sooner rather than later as they are not adding anything anyway. Keep the things that do work - diet, exercise, one attempt - and ditch all that other stuff before giving up the things that really work!!!!
