RePresh, can you use it only at attempt?

I am planning to use Represh to keep ph low, but using it after AF makes it very hard for me to check my cm, and honestly, I just dont like the feeling it gives me. Can I use it only at attempt time (12 hours before and possibly some after), or is it important to use it from AF to attempt? Im doing very good on diet and have noticed almost no EWCM the last month, do I even need Represh or should the lack of EWCM be a good indication that ph is low? Can ph be too low, to the point that I would actually need Represh to bring ph to 4.5ish to keep sperm alive? So confused.....

Yes, you can, there are some reasons why it may be a good idea to use it every 3 days prior to your attempt (in the RepHresh essay) but if you don't like it, don't.

Don't use RepHresh after your attempt - if you use it immediately you'll kill the sperm and if you use it later, it's pointless because the sperm are already gone.

Some people still like to use RepHresh even without EWCM, to help bring down the pH of their husband's semen.

pH can def. be too low but RepHresh is not the answer to that. pH below 6 is pretty harsh to sperm so if you really had no EWCM and very low pH, the best thing to do is do nothing and allow the semen's pH to keep sperm alive until they can make it up inside the cervix and uterus where pH will be higher.
