Hi,

My dr told me that nausea often goes hand in hand with low blood pressure. As salt is a way of increasing blood pressure we often crave salty things when pregnant. Don’t think it has anything to do with gender, more just how our bodies are coping with pregnancy.

Very interesting Lil ! That would explain why I wanted so much salt while pregnant with DD2 and had less nausea !

I know it’s all old wives tales but I guess there is some slight fun in guessing and hoping .

Also my sense of smell is super super heightened. I work as a dentist and I’ve never ever ever realised how much odor came come from our mouths [emoji3061]

With most of my pregnancies I’ve always wanted the same stuff. Meat , potatoes... real food. I think bc it fills me for longer and I’m less nauseous when I’m full. Still dealing with nausea at 23 weeks

Hello girls I got my NIPT test results today and I am having a boy.
Thanks a lot to all who supported me and special thanks to atomic

I am hoping it's accurate. I got it done at 11 weeks.

Oh gosh Viola that's rough. Not only the mouth smells but I found metal smells really set me off. I hope it eases up soon!

That makes sense with me - ive always been on the low end for blood pressure and been sick in all my pregnancies , boys and girl
