Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I skipped breakfast everyday and didn't eat until noon. I kept my calories between 1200-1500 a day, mostly staying closer to 1200. I didn't avoid any certain food other than cereal and just ate whatever I wanted but small portions and no snacking. I didn't drink much water and mostly drank whole milk with chocolate syrup.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

14 weeks but then got pregnant for 3 weeks and mc. I went right back on it 2 days after mc.

We did 1 attempt at +opk. I usually O the next day but it ended up being 2 day cutoff. My cm was pretty much gone as I had been taking claritin for a week or more for allergies. What little I had was sticky and had a 4.5 pH. I also use rephresh e3d after af and I injected sylk when I got my +opk, so 7 hrs before attempt.

I waited 2 weeks i believe. I tested 1x a day st 2pm until I was getting close. I got my +opk at day 23, which is only 2 or 3 days later than usual for me. Did you recently mc? If so, I'm sorry for your loss!

Thank you so much. That’s very helpful. I know of course everyone is different for how long it takes for hcg levels to drop.
I went for my 8 weeks scan and there was only a yolk sac. They said maybe my dates are off but I have spend a fair chunk of last night trying to see possibilities and I think at the very earliest case I would be 7+3 (and that’s a stretch) but they should have been able to see something on abdominal u/s at that point from what I’ve read online. So I’m having bloodwork and they said we should do a repeat u/s. I have such bad nausea this time feels like the cruelest joke. I probably shouldn’t have been so attached to this pregnancy so early on, talking to the little bean and such.
