It just occurred to me that I'm probably getting a TON of vit D walking outside for 2-2.5 hours. Is this potential "overdose" of vit D bad for a girl sway?
Also, I'm overweight so that's why I am doing a ton of cardio (5'3 167lbs).

Not sure of the answer but if you are worried you could do things like wear long sleeves, a wide brimmed hat, sunglasses and a high SPF physical sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun a bit more.

It's fine. Your body actually only is able to absorb Vit. D for about 10 minutes from sunlight and then it shuts off the process (that's why it is so hard to catch up on Vit. D without supplements, because you just don't get much from the sun).

Just wanted to add I was walking outside for 1-2 hours most days before I conceived our girl. ��
