-1 cup instant coffee with 1% unsweetened soy milk

-1 0% fat yogurt
-1 piece weight watchers danish bread with unsalted butter
-200grams (sort of... more like 150grams... my son ended up wanting my dinner instead of his!) of plain couscous with reduced fat cream cheese, black pepper, a little rosemary, and green beans.

I highly recommend the af arrival cheat - it's what I've done every month of my many (sigh) months on this diet. It somehow softens the blow of af arriving.
I'm feeling really down today and am worried I'm going to have to wait a full week or more for af to arrive before I can get to CD 1 and plan my next attempt. I just want to either get af or a BFP (which I think is sooooo unlikely at this point I doubt I'll waste a test) or af.

I just started my period tonight so I don't want to cheat so early on in the diet... but I will next time! Not the ovulation that is upcoming after this AF but the following AF (in January) will be our official TTC month.
My cycle seems to be shortening more and more each cycle month? It went from 29 days average, to 28 average, to 27 average. Oy

Hey ladies, here's yesterday's food:
6am: coffee
12pm: rice with yogurt, homemade sugar cookie
5:30pm: pasta with zucchini, mushrooms, leeks and spinach + creme fraiche and parmesan, orange sherbet for dessert
8:30pm: green grapes, hot chocolate, Sour Patch Kids
Calories: 1520
Protein: 40g
Sodium: 594mg
I might be going out for dinner with a girlfriend tonight, so I'll have to cheat a little. I don't know where we're going yet, but I might try to steer her toward places where I could get a vegetarian, low protein option.

I try to get people to go to asian when we go out to eat because then you can get white rice and veggies. it is high in sodium though...
we are leaving for mexico tomorrow for 2 weeks and will be eating out a lot and with loads of family so the diet will be tough!
