I think I need to be doing something different than the IG diet I had been doing before this chemical pregnancy. I had been so off the diet during Christmas when I knew I was preggo that this is stressing me out right now. I think I'm on cd7 if you count the day I started spotting from the chemical and if my cycle isn't wacko this month. So, if what I understand is correct, just eat very healthy, full of vitamins food and avoid all artificial? I apologize if this is somewhere else on a different board, I'm just confused what to do this next go around. Maybe the lack of key vitamins played a role in the chemical?!?

Ah, gotcha. I really think every other day is a good strategy if you don't care to worry about tracking your ovulation. Requires that you really put some booty-effort into dtd every day (
) but it is pretty stress-free. I read this HILARIOUS book called "Exploiting My Baby" which is a joke, of course, written by an actress, but she was 37 I think, and super worried about fertility and was getting too stressed out about the opks and all, so they dtd every other day all month and she had a boy. Re: bsf- I was worried for many months when I started swaying and ttc back in the FREAKIN' ice ages that it was hindering me also.....funny thing is, now that I look back on my FF charts to the months that we did miraculously conceive, I did bsf! I am thinking that the rise in ph in my vag from that helped less of his already small number of swimmers die en route? Does that make sense to any of you other swaymasters? I think I might try it this month. Why not, right? But LBAM, go for some opks when you get home and see what's up, maybe?

Girl, most chemicals are from little balls of cells that just didn't make it.....most, docs think, from abnormality. So there is nothing YOU did to cause it, for sure. Hell, crackheads and people with horrific nutritional intake have babies all the time. I will say that the IG diet is AWFUL in my opinion. Super unhealthy, and made me get fat and feel terrible in only 6 months time. There are a bunch of good info posts about the diets.....look in the sticky note section of the boy swaying board. When I get back from a break at work, I will try to repost some. But yes, that is the gist of it. Higher calories, higher nutrients, and a nice and steady blood sugar all lend to more boys.

Son4meplz i think a very important blue sway task is to eat breakfast within 30mins of waking up, and you should try to get protien and carbs at every meal. Lots of salt on your food and bananas everyday. V8 is a really nutricious drink if you can get that in everyday too that would be great. Have a look at the sucessful boy sway thread for more tips, i have my plan in my blog if you want to have a look at that too.

Tried to get caught up and do a personals post girls!
(((hugs))) for you gals with chemicals and bfn's this month!!
Flava - it must be so tough to hear no more baby. (((hugs))) hun.
Flava and Lola, I've lost my weight by getting serious and not cheating with Atkins! It's easier b/c DH is doing it too. It is working super well! I am using Dr. Atkins book from 2002, though, not the new program by the Atkins company. We aren't using any of the bars and stuff either, just making it at home + eating simple snacks. I feel great!!
iluv - ((hugs)) for DD. I'm so glad you got some answers and can start to work out a plan for your family and your sweet girl. We homeschool too and I love how I can work so directly with each of my children and their "quirks." DH has Asperger's syndrome and though he has his strange habits and quirkyness, I really adore him for who he is.
TTC5 - oh hun, I hope you guys are able to conceive. I'm glad your GP has said you still probably have a chance. Good for you to call Legal Aid... like you said, it's important that this does not ever happen to anyone again. I hope you have a little bub in your arms soon!!
Lola - so tough that your ex is getting a baby when you want one so badly. I am really keeping my FX that you will get pg soon. Your man's swimmers have got to be getting a boost from everything you have him on
Oh Princess of Pink, how hard that must have been with the m/c!! I can understand how you have wanted to be super-vigilant since then!!
cinss - did you POAS again?
Son4me - I think that the grapefruit juice is fine if it increases estrogen. You want high estrogen & testosterone for a boy, low both for a girl. DH wants low estrogen and high testosterone for a boy. I agree with the other ladies that the High Everything diet is good food-wise. I think you supps sound good.Wife to a sweetie DH& Mama to:

Thanks for the FX hobber, lola, and ttc5! I am really hoping I don't end up O'ing. I am really having no mucus, just light moisture (haahaa tmi I know!) The doctor says if I do O that it's really normal for the luteal phase to be too short to sustain a pregnancy, which is depressing but reassuring at the same time (don't like the thought of a little bean not making it due to hostile environment, kwim?) But then knowing my luck with getting knocked up I would. But I really don't feel ready. I'm frustrated that my body has to be the one to go from 0 to 60 with no warning, lol!
I had such a hard pregnancy with Honor, I told DH if this one is meant to come along I'm not going to be bummed just because I didn't get my planned timing, and I'm going to enjoy my pregnancy. I feel fantastic now so I hope I can have an enjoyable pregnancy. I do think I'd really like to go Team Green though... I kind of would rather not even face dealing with GD again... but I'm getting a little ahead of myself. We are hoping to move house next spring/summer so I was really wanting to be moved before TTC/swaying.
With Honor we were avoiding but I was totally playing with fire and I knew it... just went for the feelings in the moment. So even though she was a "surprise" I knew we were taking a chance ;p This one is really a shocker though!
Ah well, nothing to do but watch temperatures for a couple of weeks!!!!
It's so frustrating to sit here worrying about this when you gals are all dying to be preggers!! I'm sending you all my baby dust!!!!!! I really just want to be cheerleader for nowWife to a sweetie DH& Mama to:
