yes decaf tea/coffee is fine, although I'm still drinking a couple of cups of regular tea each day anyway.

ok thanks hun i havent had one yet on the diet as i was scared it wasnt allowed, should i try and have it with my meals tho so i dont raise blood sugar ??

no, you don't need to worry about it. Those drinks will contain so little glucose of any sort that it won't affect your levels..

a tea (of any sort) can help you get through the "fast" in the morning too as it really takes the edge off the hunger!

So today is my bday and also the day I was gonna get an u/s (11wk 5day) and obsesss over the nub and announce my pregnancy I hope today is a good day and I don't cry all day :/

Pinkin, don't count yourself out yet! If you had one really good attempt, you could just be preggers! I was a doubting Thomas that my cycle in Dec. got me preggers. I even wrote a post in the member section about how sad I was that it probably didn't happen and I was upset about waiting until April (I was going to try to lose weight, etc before keep TTC'ing) and I was just so sad and distraught I thought, this is soooo much like how I feel before AF comes, there is NO WAY I could get a BFP...but I DID! So hang in there, just try to think about something neutrally (I know, easier said than done!)

Peony, can't wait till your AF comes so you can get this cycle rolling! Any signs of her yet today?

Katie, I know...why are some days so slow and still other whole months just fly by? I always feel like when TTC we are just TOO aware of the days passing...and it makes it feel so long
