My DH ate all sorts of crap and I sort of encouraged it - I felt if he was unhealthier then that would sway pink!

Don't have him gain weight if thin, OR lose weight if heavy.

If he's thin and gains weight, it will be more likely in the form of muscle first before he adds fat (that's how skinny dudes tend to gain) and this will raise T levels. If he's heavy (even just pudgy) and loses weight, his estrogen will drop and T may rise accordingly.

I REALLY think that sperm numbers/quality are mainly what sways for DH - for him, the nutrition and hormones are just a means to an end to make more/less sperm.

IF you believe strongly in the FGD minerals, then havign him lower sodium and potassium (while still keeping to 2500-3500 - err on the side of higher for husbands becasue they are bigger than we are an need more potassium) will help. I don't believe it's necessary tho.

It does, because anything that is bad for sperm (and poor eating habits are def. bad for sperm, proven) seems to sway pink. Maybe even high sodium intake!!

His sodium levels were high because I was buying him ready meals because I wasn't eating properly - he complained about that but he can't cook so he didn't have much choice! He also drank my share of the wine!!

My dh drinks tons and tons of beer. His tolerance is waaaaay up there and he is drinking 6-10 beers a night. I don't remember when he didn't. I hear that sways pink though so I am not about to stop him now.
My husband is not on the LE diet. He has however cut out all meat from his diet. I told him he can eat anything he wants, just NO MEAT. Eat like a vegetarian...and he is doing really good.
He is only taking cranberry supplements, 12,000 daily. Some days he misses his dose though and I don't sweat it. I am not having him take the LR because I am sure between the other things we are doing his T level is going down enough -- I don't want to completely ruin my chances of getting pg (dh is 36 1/2).
    So my DH is:
Taking cranberry daily (roughly 12 weeks prior to attempt)
Not eating Any Meat (for roughly 8 weeks prior to attempt)
    Abstaining from af til attempt
Taking sudafed 1 hour prior to attempt
Taking hot shower prior to attempt
